Sidebar tour — team experience
You're looking at the real app shell. At S2/S3 the workspace switcher activates in the top bar — three workspaces, one per role. The breadcrumb gains an active-members indicator (Google Sheets style avatar stack), and the AgentActivityRibbon shows live agents.
Look ↑ — workspace switcher in the top bar
Click Acme Growth in the top-left of the TopBar. The dropdown lists every workspace you belong to, your role on each one, and a check on the active workspace. "Create workspace" and "Manage workspaces" sit at the bottom.

Look at the breadcrumb above — the avatar stack on the right is the active-members indicator. Google Sheets style: up to four avatars stack with a small online dot, then a "+N more" pill rolls up the rest. Hover any avatar for the role + last-seen.

Tier progression — what changes either side of you
- S1: primary nav only. No switcher, no active-members indicator.
- S2 / S3 (you are here): switcher activates; active-members indicator appears; AgentActivityRibbon shows team agents.
- S4: switcher dropdown becomes a tree. Active-members shows persona role badges + a live indicator. Audit retention surfaces in the footer.
